Please read this before using Heart Dynamics.
Heart Dynamics is a wellness, education, and training tool. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, monitor, or manage any disease or medical condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
Any heart rate, heart-rate-variability, or “coherence” value shown is provided for training feedback only and may be inaccurate or delayed. It must not be used to make any medical or health decision, and it is not a clinical measurement.
Slow, paced breathing is generally safe, but please talk to your doctor before using Heart Dynamics if any of the following apply to you:
Stop immediately and rest if you feel dizzy, light-headed, faint, breathless, anxious, or unwell at any point. Do not continue paced breathing beyond what is comfortable. Never use Heart Dynamics while driving or operating machinery.
The Stress Training exercise deliberately includes flashing visuals, moving elements, and sound to simulate pressure. If you are sensitive to flashing lights or have photosensitive epilepsy, do not use this exercise.
Heart Dynamics cannot detect a medical emergency. If you think you or someone else may be having one, contact your local emergency services immediately.
